The short version: we collect only what you type into our waitlist form, we use it to tell you about our launch and plan our pilot, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
Who we are
Let Me Borrow Your Husband ("we," "us") is a wife-managed home-help service preparing to launch in Tennessee. This policy covers our website and waitlist. We'll publish an updated policy before we begin taking bookings, since booking a service involves more information than joining a waitlist.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect what you choose to give us:
- Your first name
- Your email address
- Your ZIP code
- Whether you're interested in booking help or just curious
- Your honey-do list, if you choose to share it
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social media pixels.
How we use it
- To email you about our launch and when service is available near you
- To decide where to start, using ZIP codes to see where interest is strongest
- To decide which jobs to offer first, based on the honey-do lists people share
We only email you about the launch and the pilot. No newsletters you didn't ask for, and no spam.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't share it with advertisers or other businesses. We use a small number of service providers to run the website, and they handle your information only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, stores the waitlist, and delivers our emails.
- Google Fonts supplies the website's fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it, or until it's no longer useful for our launch. If we decide not to launch, we'll delete the waitlist.
Your choices
- Stop hearing from us: reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or write to us below.
- See, correct, or delete your information: email us and we'll take care of it promptly.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored with Cloudflare and is accessible only to the people running this business. No system is perfectly secure, but we collect as little as possible so there's less to protect.
Children
Our waitlist is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll email the waitlist.
